Why enjoy yourself?
Try to make time to do something for yourself everyday, whether it is relaxing or indulging in something that gives you pleasure. Forget about feeling bad after having a treat such as some chocolate. Research has shown that people with low levels of guilt are less likely to go to the doctor or suffer from colds or flu. A study by scientists from Hull University discovered that guilt over enjoying things such as sweets lowered levels of immunoglobulin A - which is associated with a strong immune system.
